The space

This property has so many features for you to enjoy. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked for those that wish to cook and entertain. Equipped with new modern appliances, an oversized center island and bar stools for additional seating, it really is an entertainment hub.

The home offers a private office for those that need to do some work while away on vacation.

The dining room area offers ample room to eat or play board games on rainy days. The newly built screened-in porch and back patio offer guests more seating and extra space to relax.

The living room on the first floor has plenty of space to chill, a built-in fireplace if you have a chill (LOL) and access to the smart tv for the guest to access their personal apps and channels.

The home also offers an outdoor shower to wash the beach away before entering the home and a large garage for vehicle storage.

The owner's suite is located on the first floor (perfect for those who don't do stairs) with an attached en-suite bathroom, a king bed, and an expansive, comfortable room to rest your head.

The second floor has a large secondary living space we call the 'loft' with additional seating, smart tv and spacious hangout especially for kids to 'get away from the parents'.

The four other bedrooms are located on the second floor - three with 1 queen bed and one with two fulls. The office downstairs has a pullout sofa with a full mattress.

Guest access

The home is entirely open for use by the guests. There are two locked closets for cleaning products for our crew and an owners' closet for personal belongings.

Be advised: not pictured in the photos is a screened in porch and back patio which is being built now, ready for the summer of 2025.

Other things to note

To use the amenities at the clubhouse, the user must pay $38 per week, per person for anyone 6 years or older. They must be purchased from the clubhouse with a credit card only. All guests staying at SeaScape Rental properties will be automatically on the list, so you do not need to bring proof of rental contract. All amenities are available for guests except the indoor pool, which is for residents only.

A weekend shuttle operates in the community taking guests to the Bethany Beach boardwalk free of charge.
