The community has a pool, tennis courts and walking paths. The home comes with one allocated parking spot and several areas to park an additional car.

This home does not require the guests to use steps as it is located on the first floor. This home has 2 bedrooms equipped with queen beds, closets, dressers, ceiling fans and window treatments. Two full baths, a dining area with 4 chairs and 2 additional chairs located at the kitchen counter/bar area. Screened in porch to relax along with a nice sized living room with pull-out queen sleeper sofa and ROKU tv. Full kitchen and free washer and dryer in the unit.

Guests can access the home via the digital keypad on the front door, codes are given out the morning of your arrival.

In an effort to keep costs down, this rental does not supply linens or towels. If you want to bring your own, please do. If you would like us to supply the linen package to you (Linens, Washcloths, Hand towels and Towels) please let us know after you book. The cost for this service is $80.00 total.
