The home is subdivided into 2 units (2 and 3) - This unit (2) is the entire first floor of the home, all one level, with ample entertainment space in the open kitchen and dining room. Relax in the screened in porch or on the back patio. A quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by nature, just a short drive to all the restaurants, shops and entertainment that Route 1 has to offer; 10 min drive to the beach.

This home has 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8 people, with 2 full baths. Plenty of entertainment in the large living room, built in fireplace, large smart tv on the wall, dining room table with spaces for 8 people, eat in kitchen, screened in porch, large back patio, plenty of room for parking up to four cars, quiet street just one mile from route one.

Parking for this unit is the middle circle area of the front driveway, room for 3 cars. Access to the home is via the front door marked with a '2'

Guests of this unit have exclusive use of the screened in porch.

No internal access to the upstairs unit is possible.

Guest access

Guests access the home from the smart lock located on the front door, completely secure, no access to the top floor unit either in or out. Pin code for front door is given out the morning of your arrival.

Other things to note

In an effort to keep costs down, linens, towels, wash cloths and hand towels are NOT provided at this rental. We like to give the guest the option to either bring their own or rent them from us. Please let me know if you would like us to supply the linen package after booking. Cost for this service is $135 total.
