Welcome to Mi Casa— a bright, newly built coastal home in the quiet Bay Knolls

community, a short drive to Fenwick Island and Ocean City. It’s designed for groups who want room to spread out, modern comfort, and a relaxed beach vibe—without the boardwalk crowds.

The home includes two private master suites, one on each level, each with a king bed and its own ensuite bath. It’s an ideal setup for families or couples traveling together.

The heart of the home is the two-story, open-concept living space with soaring ceilings and
coastal furnishings. Step onto the screened back porch for morning coffee or evening drinks. The fully stocked kitchen flows right into the dining and living areas, making it easy to cook, eat, and hang out together.

Upstairs, the dedicated loft game room is a second place to gather, with plenty of seating, a
game table, and its own TV.

Each of the four bedrooms has its own distinct style, and the layout gives everyone space to unwind and recharge. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan.

• Master Suite 1 — The Shallows (main floor): King bed, private ensuite bath
• Master Suite 2 — Sand & Sage (upper floor): King bed, private ensuite bath
• Bedroom 3 — Terracotta Tide: Queen bed
• Bedroom 4 — Blue Swell: Bunk room, four twin beds

Beach Equipment
Four beach chairs, two umbrellas, and a wagon are available for your use — no need to
pack your own. We just ask that everything is rinsed off and returned to the garage at the
end of each use. Taking good care of the equipment means the next group gets to enjoy it
too. Thank you!

A note on the neighborhood

The surrounding block is currently under active construction. The home itself is quiet, but
you may hear daytime construction activity outside.

We're so glad you chose Mi Casa for your beach getaway. This home was designed with
comfort and relaxation in mind, and we want your stay to be effortless. The guidelines
below help us keep it that way for every guest. Thank you for treating the space with care,
we truly appreciate it.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you're hoping for an early check-in
or late check-out, just reach out in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed in your reservation are permitted in the home. We ask that the number of
people in the house at any time stay within what was booked. Parties and large gatherings
are not permitted, we want to be good neighbors and keep the community enjoyable for
everyone.

No Pets
We love animals, but due to allergies and the care of the home, we can’t accommodate
pets of any kind. Thank you for understanding.

Parking
You have three convenient parking spots: one in the garage and two in the driveway.
Additional vehicles are welcome to use the public lot directly across the street with no
permit required. Please do not park on the street, as it is not permitted in the
neighborhood.

Quiet Hours — Community Curfew 10:00 PM
Our community observes a 10:00 PM curfew. Please wrap up any outdoor activity by then
and keep noise levels considerate of neighbors throughout the evening. We appreciate
your cooperation.

Smoking — Outside Only
Smoking is permitted outside only. Out of respect for future guests, please be mindful of
where cigarette waste is disposed of. Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $400
deep cleaning fee.

Community Pool
The community pool is included with your stay. Pool hours and your access code are
provided in your check-in instructions. Please follow all posted pool rules and be
respectful of other residents enjoying the space.

WiFi
WiFi network name and password are included in your check-in instructions. We offer both
2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks — use whichever works best for your devices.

Crab Feasts
Crab season is the best season, and you're welcome to use the folding tables and chairs
provided. We just ask that all crab picking takes place in the garage — it's the perfect spot
for it and keeps the rest of the home fresh and easy to clean up after.

Trash & Recycling
The trash and recycling pickup schedule is posted on the refrigerator. We'd appreciate your
help keeping up with it during your stay.

Private Areas
Two owner storage closets and the upstairs utility room are locked and not part of the
rental. The utility room houses the home's HVAC equipment — please do not attempt to access it. If there is an urgent mechanical issue during your stay, please contact your host
directly and we will take care of it promptly.

***NOTE -Linens and towels are not provided, if you would like linens and towels, please let me know, total cost for all beds and towels is $175. Thank you.
