In an effort to keep costs down for the guests, the linen and towel fee is not automatically included, we give the guests the option to rent them from the cleaning company or bring your own. The cost to rent at this property is $125.00 total - beds will have new mattress protectors, pillows and comforters. The rental package includes fitted and top sheet, pillowcases, towels, hand towels and wash cloths.

Bed Inventory is 1 King, 2 Queens and 1 twin

Guests access the main security gate via the internal system whereby the guest is added to the homes rental list, furthermore, access to the condo is via a smart lock keypad on the front door, no keys needed.
