Bring the whole family!! This beautiful, spacious, family friendly rental, sits right on the bike path and is a stone's throw from downtown Lewes and the bustling route one corridor. This home features 2 owners suites, on the first and second floor, screened in porch, large kitchen and all the creature comforts you would expect. A wonderful community pool for those lazy days. A great location that makes it very easy to get to the beaches and all of the Lewes downtown shopping and restaurants!! Large Kitchen, oversized screened in porch, garage, first and second floor owners' suites, washer/dryer in premises, dining table and comfortable living spaces, two private parking spots plus overflow directly opposite, community pool, home is beautifully decorated, and the bike path runs right parallel to this community. Guests can access the property from the digital keypad on the door, garage access is through the home only. For security reasons, we do not give out the garage code. All guests with have my direct cell phone number, we also have a live emergency phone line to use for during the night and very early morning emergencies. In an effort to keep costs down, Linens, Towels, Wash Cloths and Hand towels are NOT provided at this property. You can certainly bring your own, if you want us to supply the linen package, please let us know after you have booked, and we can arrange that for you at a cost of $150.00 total.
